Our Team

Our Team of Professional Staffing personnel has adapted and functions successfully in the ever evolving Technology Field.  Where once being an expert in the national arena made for a well positioned organization, now, a firm in tune with their clients must be able to proactively respond to the developing and constantly changing technologies.  The labor pool shrinks, while expertise in exotic, new and advanced IT approaches is sought most.

The key to our success is the skill level of our team coupled with our extensive knowledge of the staffing industry.  We have been focusing on working with some of the most prestigious Firms to respond quickly and succinctly with the “Best in Breed” candidates.

Our Process

·       The primary contact with the candidate is made by one of our Senior Recruiters.  It is the Recruiter’s responsibility to speak with the candidate and to asses his/her qualifications, technical knowledge, personality fit, and to collect the proper detailed information about their background as it relates to the project.  The consultant’s resume is reviewed for accuracy and fit. The project is then introduced to the applicant while questioning the prospective Candidate as to his/her ability to perform the required tasks.  A minimum of three management references are collected to verify the candidates’ abilities with prior employers.

·      The Recruiter selects one of our Senior Technical Consultants to conversant in the targeted technologies.  The interview process is either in-person or telephonic.  An assessment is developed outlining the candidates’ strengths and weaknesses as it pertains to the project.

·      The Recruiter contacts all references provided by the applicant. Particular attention is paid to the issues of reliability, consistency, interpersonal interactions and the proper intensity levels required to complete projects.

·      ProStar Partners utilizes a highly advanced Candidate Tracking System designed specifically for keeping in close contact with Candidates. Receiving resumes and job orders, matching and placing candidates. By automating the entire process, the time-to-placement and cost per placement are drastically reduced, giving recruiters time to respond to client needs with greater speed and efficiency.
